The renovation of Le Président on Avenue Louise in the heart of Brussels has begun and will transform the office building into The Precedent: Setting new ESG & wellbeing standards by reusing existing structures and enhancing the office through timber & technology.
Union Investment and YUGENING have teamed up to remodel the building, which was purchased by Union Investment in 2004. They reshape an urban office building and create a guideline how people and corporate places can thrive in a time of urbanisation and increasing competition for talents.
By consciously incorporating biophilic elements, increasing daylight and stimulating creative interaction, they want to re-build an environment where professionals can be the most productive for the age of New Work.
