With our cloud solution objego, we solve the core challenges of private landlords by providing them with a tool to be finally able to handle their landlords business easily, confidently and with a minimum amount of work and time necessary. Our features include an intuitive, smart and easy way to create legally compliant operating cost bills for all kinds of properties (ranging from multiple family home to freehold apartments to single family homes and commercial units), an intelligent financial management tool with an API connection to the bank to track rental income and expenses, and a document management system to store all contracts and important information digitally. Our latest feature, helps landlords to easily export the key data & information for the Appendix V of the tax return with just one click. We have acquired thousands of users so far and are currently growing our user base at +30% per month. With strategic partnerships and through the help of our investors ista and Aareal, we also building up a strong network of cooperations that can provide help and support to our customers in areas where we're not actively focusing our development efforts - e.g. insurance, legal advice, contracts, templates and documents, searching for new tenants, renovation and repairs, property valuation and sales, financing. We believe in cooperation and partnerships to provide a holistic portfolio of property products and service offerings and thus become the solution of choice for private landlords.
