AMPEERS ENERGY is a Fraunhofer Society spin-off offering a holistic solution for a decentralized of renewable energy in real estate aimed at establishing a profitable business case. The cloud-based software enables property owners to easily implement and run intelligent energy management systems in their properties as well as to realize landlord-to-tenant electricity supply solutions. The key to making decarbonization profitable, is to offer an integrated approach that takes both aspects into account: Coupling the sectors electricity, heat, mobility and hydrogen as well as realizing business models such as local supply of carbon-free energy.
